Guam Board of Medical Examiners is responsible for the licensing of physicians in Guam to include physicians who provide services to Guam patients from off-island in accordance with the Guam Medical Practice Act.

The Health Professional Office is located at 194 Hernan Cortez Ave, Terlaje Professional Building Suite 213, Hagatna, Guam.
Counter Service Hours are as follows:
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
*Closed on weekends and holidays
Regular Scheduled Board Meetings:
Regular scheduled board meetings are held every second (2nd) Wednesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. at the Health Professional Licensing Office (HPLO).
